In this fun, supportive 90-minute workshop, Frank Duran will lay out the case for user flow diagrams and share examples of user flow diagrams and tools used to create them.
Participants will gain the expertise needed to map out user journeys, identify pain points, and design intuitive solutions.
About the speaker
Frank Duran spent over 10 years as a design director, experience strategist, and experience owner at USAA. An experienced instructor, Frank also led the UX/UI Bootcamp at UTSA.
He recently shifted to a career as a full-time licensed realtor; he creates fantastic home buying and selling experiences at Keller-Williams.
