Two renditions of my conscious mind (one being ignorant and the other omniscient) have conflicting desires and goals. One finds short-lived joy from external validation, while the other hopes to find long-term fulfillment by harnessing self love.
In my opinion, external validation is like fast food, it cannot be relied on to sustain a healthy lifestyle. On the other hand, self love can be counted on no matter what.
In this video, I try to capture the essence of my own self esteem sharply rising and falling in an exhausting cycle.
