The monocular fluorescence imaging system, also called mono fluorescence microscope, is a set of compact and simple fluorescence imaging systems, which integrates objectives, fluorescence light source, excitation block, interface, and camera. It can be regarded as a highly integrated version of an epi-fluorescence microscope. It uses a long-life LED solid-state light source as the excitation light source, and is equipped with a high-efficiency excitation block to stably excite the fluorescence of the sample, and then output it to the computer through the camera imaging to realize the complete fluorescence microscopy imaging function.
