SAM LUNG MARTIAL ARTS - A simple view inside
Sam Lung Martial Arts is a martial arts school that is managed by Patrick and Mariska Baas in the city of Oss, The Netherlands. The school is specialized in self defense and teaches martial arts forms like krav maga, karate, pencak silat, eskrima, pangamot, muay thai, systema, hapkido, taekwondo, Mongolian archery, kubotan instructor course, stage fighting and the mma form aiki kenpo jujutsu (AKJJ). Also the school contains a medical room in wich herbalism, acupuncture, zheng gu, moxa, cupping, acupressure and shiatsu is been practised.
