Learn how to manage and test the smoke and heat detectors in your home with our easy guide:
Detector Locations: Your home is equipped with smoke detectors in all habitable rooms and the utility cupboard. The kitchen and living room area also feature heat detectors with sounder bases.
Monthly Testing: Be sure to test your smoke detectors every month. Press the center button down until it bleeps.
Maintenance: If the detector doesn't bleep during the test, please contact a team member at Moda for assistance.
Stay in Place Policy: Remember our safety standard—if an alarm goes off in your apartment, stay put. However, if an alarm goes off in any communal area, evacuate immediately.
