Watch Karina Oleynik interview two potential candidates for a mid-level management position, one after the other. Each interview lasts 15-20 minutes.
Participants' task: observe the interviewer's questions and record the candidates' responses.
After the interviews, when the candidates return to a separate room, the expert will analyze each interview in detail, explain the meaning of the interviewees' statements, compare the candidates, provide detailed feedback, and answer your questions.
