Spanish Tortilla (Tortilla de Papas)
I got this recipe from a friend from Spain. This is her mother's way of making the traditional Spanish Tortilla, so I thought I would give it a try. I know it's done a bit different in my video - normally the potatoes are fried, but my friend's mother bakes hers which is less oily. It's still the same great taste, though! Enjoy!
