For penetration testers, the report is the product that their customers need in order to properly secure production systems. Reports are the embodiment of a penetration tester’s work and will live on long after the tester has moved onto the next assignment. This puts a lot of onus on the tester to write a report that communicates important data clearly. A wide variety of audiences will be reading the report, adding an additional layer of complexity for its authors. In this workshop, attendees will examine a basic but functional report outline, topics that need to be covered, elements of a technical finding and will practice writing a report. @ThePwnSchoolProject
