here is the Sicilian penne flan, a first course that is quick and easy to make but rich in flavour
ingredients for 6 people:
600 g of penne
1 and a half liters of water
1 dice
100 g of butter
pepper as needed.
a sachet of saffron
500 ml of bechamel
200 g of cooked ham
400 g of mozzarella
100 g of grated parmesan
500 ml of cooking water to mix
