Operation Tar Heel Welcome 2024 at
On July 24, 2024, representatives from the N.C. National Guard, the
N.C. Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Republic
of Malawi and the Republic of Zambia, gathered at N.C. A&T’s
University Farm as part of Operation Tar Heel Welcome 2024, a
week-long series of events connecting ambassadors from
each country with resources in North Carolina through the
State Partnership Program.
