The Mamiya 7 is probably the easiest medium format film camera to use. Unlike the Rolleiflex or a Hasselblad, the time needed to familiarise yourself with this camera is significantly shorter. Especially if you're familiar with a SLR or a rangefinder, you will feel right at home.
To me, the biggest advantages are interchangeable lens, and very light weight, the lens shutter leaf makes this camera ultra silent. It's suitable to do stealth style street photography. I can't find any faults with this camera, other than the films are expensive.
