So the video is explaining a good way to maximize your proficiency income during the proficiency event! which you should be going ham and grilled cheese sandwich all over the event lol but joining 2/4 waves are the best much better then immortality the 6 stage one. if you get lucky when you join you will join 3/4 when they kill that is the best one. but anyways hope you enjoy!!
