Now TV - Without Box Password Reset Guide
1. Download and open the “Now TV” app on your Smart TV/ Tablet
2. Select “Login with Remote”
3. Enter the Now ID (Mobile No.) and then press “Continue”
4. Choose “Forgot Password”
5. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to continue or go to s.nowtv.hk/forgetpwe
6. Enter the Mobile No. (Now ID) and the numbers or letters from the image. Then press “Reset Password”
7. Press “Get One-time Passcode”
8. You will receive a verification code from Now TV
9. Set a new password and then press “Reset Password”
10. After the password reset is complete, you can press “Go to Login” to log back into your account
