Air-dried or smoked Mettenden sausages are among my favorite raw sausages.
Mettenden sausages are made from pork, which are particularly aromatic thanks to their robust seasoning and the mild beechwood smoke over which they are smoked. Here in the Palatinate region, smoked Mettwurst sausages are a staple during the cold season and should therefore be in every household.
My smoked Mettenden sausages go perfectly with kale and all kinds of stews that require a bit of bite. Simply let them simmer in the pot, and the gourmet delight is ready! Enjoy the video! Your Marios Channel.
