Many people mistakenly believe the law of attraction is simply visualising in detail what you want to achieve. However, while there is an element of truth to that, the real secret to manifestation is changing our energy and vibrational state. To manifest successfully, your vibrational state now must match the positive vibrational state you would experience when your goal is achieved. In other words, we attract in the future what we feel and experience now.
If you are a regular listener, you will already know that a consistent theme in almost all my videos is the concept of bringing your mind away from the past and from the future… and back to the present. In most instances, it is the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension that make it difficult for us to switch off and stop our minds spinning, especially late at night when it's quiet and we are often alone with our thoughts.
When you are able to bring your mind away from the past and the future, and into the present, you release yourself from those emotional burdens and your subconscious can divert its attention inwards and towards helping you achieve your goals.
This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening – as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion you tune in.
