I mentored at the UXaThon at Loughborough University Design School this week, and it showed me something I didn’t expect.
A student asked me a simple question, and the answer came out clear and calm. That was the moment I realised I’ve grown.
I saw skills I didn’t know I had.
Years of experience have formed patterns that I use without thinking.
But this week showed me the quiet ways experience has shaped me too.
