SOLVED | EOS WEBCAM UTILITY NOT WORKING

This problem felt oddly frustrating because I knew it HAD TO BE something really simple, and it was. I thought it might've been my camera, but it wasnt. I have a Canon Rebel T6 and if it works for mine, odds are good it can work for you if Canon lists a Utility Driver for your camera on their download page. This fix should work for Zoom, Hangouts, OBS, and any other capture device.

Steps to fix:
Start OBS (or your Meeting app)
It should then detect your EOS Webcam Utility

Plug in your Canon
Turn it on
Go into the menu
Find and disable Wi-Fi/NFC.
Unplug/restart your camera with this setting disabled
That should do it! Let me know if this helps.
