How to save time in Google Docs with Force a copy
This video I will show you how to protect your original creations but still share it with others and have them make edits.
Force copies are especially useful when you need users to be able to edit but also want to keep your original document unaltered.

1) click on share to copy link
2) paste link into a new browser tab
3) locate the word 'edit' & change it to 'copy'.
4) your new 'forced copy' link is now ready to be shared on the platform of your choice.
