Vineyard & Tasting Room: Enjoy a selection of Missouri and West Coast wines in a welcoming atmosphere. The tasting room is open year-round, offering both indoor and outdoor seating options.
Lewis and Clark Trail Experience
Dining Options: The vineyard features a full-service restaurant and bar. During the busy season (Spring-Fall), additional food and beverage services are available near the bandstand patio for quick walk-up and order service. Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises.
Events & Live Music: Defiance Ridge Vineyards hosts various events throughout the year, including live outdoor music on weekends during warmer weather. Special after-hours weekday events such as trivia nights, wine dinners, and farmhouse dinners occur many weeks.

Wednesday & Thursday Evenings: Happy Hour and Dinner from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Enjoy appetizers, drink specials, and seasonal comfort food. Weekly specials include Fried Chicken and Yankee Pot Roast.
