Bettenfest TURKEY JAM 2017
Recorded with Tascam DR-V1HD. I finally went to this show. This year featured Nuno Bettencourt, Pat Badger, and Kevin 'kFigg' Figueiredo. I've been wanting to go see the Turkey Jam for many years. I saw a lot of familiar faces as you know Extreme has a very loyal following. I always keep to myself. Next time I will make some effort to chat with fellow music lovers. I met Nuno for a brief moment. He signed my Extreme record cover and a Washburn N1. Great classics were played that night. The stage banter was new and entertaining. Nuno plays guitar, bass, drums, and timbales. I got pretty tired of holding a camera for three hours and didn't record some impromtu songs at the very end including 'More Than Words' that was played on electric guitar. Afterwards Maria and Lious played a few original songs. I have no idea what the titles are. A raffle took place for an electric guitar but I didn't enter.. I didn't even see the guitar being raffled. I was focused on the stage the whole time.
