3. Click on "Create Invoice" or a similar option to start the invoice creation process.
4. Fill in the customer details: Select the customer from your existing records or add a new customer if necessary. Provide their name, address, contact information, and any other required details.
5. Add the products or services: Enter the items or services that you are invoicing the customer for. You may need to select from your existing product/service list or add new items along with their respective quantities and prices.
6. Verify the details: Double-check the information entered, including item quantities, prices, taxes, discounts, etc., to ensure accuracy.
