In This Video, we will learn How to Create Material Center In Busy Software.
To create a Material Center in BUSY software:
1. Open Busy Software and log in to your account.
2. In the main menu, go to 'Masters' and then click on 'Inventory Info' or press 'Alt + M' and then 'I'.
3. Under 'Inventory Info,' select 'Material Center' or press 'M' to access the Material Center setup.
4. Click on 'Add' or press 'Alt + A' to create a new Material Center.
5. In the 'Material Center Details' window, you'll need to fill in the following information:
a. Name: Enter the name of the Material Center (e.g., Warehouse, Store A, etc.).
b. Alias: You can provide an alias name for the Material Center if needed.
c. Address: Input the address of the Material Center, which can be helpful for reference.
6. Next, configure the 'Storage Location' details, which include:
a. Godown: Choose the godown or storage location where this Material Center is located.
b. Rack: If applicable, specify the rack number for storing items in this Material Center.
7. Optionally, you can add additional details like 'Contact Person,' 'Mobile Number,' 'Email,' etc.
8. Once you've filled in all the necessary information, click 'Save' or press 'Ctrl + S' to save the Material Center details.
