You have to open the chest from Takashi for 7 days in row to get the Bow Design. I actually waited for actual footage I recorded, and did not finish Tatara Tales, and am hence slower than other YouTubers in posting this.
Nothing to do with the Bag of Seeds for Kaoru, Nothing to do with Tartara Tales.
Who is Kaoru: Is an NPC who will spawn near Statue of the Seven in Tatarasuna after you complete Tatara Tales the Last Act (Part 7). She will give 3 hidden chests over 3 (real life) days , with the last chest being 20K Mora.
