40 g melted butter
Cake:
250 g whipping cream
70 g sugar / icing sugar
220 g cream cheese
100 g lotus biscoff spread
Topping:
120 g biscoff spread
Biscoff biscuit crumbs
Used a 6" round tray. The recipe is suitable for a larger size tray of 6-8 inches as well.
