The Callisto Protocol Re-Review | Worth it now?
It’s fair to say that The Callisto Protocol didn’t launch in the best state. It failed to deliver on its promising trailer and worst still, was marred by a slew of technical issues and a flawed combat system. Both critics and players described it as being uninspired and it fell well short of its sales target.
Developer Striking Distance would spend the next six months trying to course correct, fixing bugs, improving core gameplay systems and adding new content. So, have these changes made it a better game and most importantly is it worth it now?
This Re-review covers the various patches, across all platforms, the free content it received as well as all of the paid DLC including the Final Transmission.
