PRECITEC - Partner of Custodian - Behind the scenes
In parallel to the current developments for Laser Beam Welding and Additive Manufacturing, Cailabs has designed and manufactured a beam-shaping module compatible with the LightCutter laser cutting head from Precitec - Laser Material Processing. It is aimed to improve the laser cutting process for the Custodian Laser project.
The cutting head has been tested at the Institut MAUPERTUIS in Rennes (France). The system has been delivered to Precitec's facilities in Gaggenau (Germany) to perform the laser cutting process tests.
