Active lobbies for PC is "Soft Lock" "Large Team Deathmatch". The servers can be hit and miss. Keep trying and you should get in. If you still can't. Wait an 1 hour and try again. Good Luck. What I would love the most is to do "Gang Wars" again. PS3 & PC was awesome back in 2012. It will never be the same. However it will not stop me from trying.
