New cycleway extension in Haslingden
I cycle from Carr Hall Street, near Hud Hey Road, to South Shore Street.
This is excellent work by Rossendale Council. Note the lack of stupid barriers at the entrances - this route is fully accessible. Disabled people are welcome in Rossendale!
