Probably my best attempt at all the Urizen forms. Performance against Vergil was pretty sloppy but in the end, I got the job done.

Keep in mind you don't get your health back after Stages 98 and 99 so avoid damage as much as you can!

Overall strats:
Change your controls to these to allow yourself to use and charge moves with both Griffon and Shadow at the same time while doing other stuff:
L1: GRIFFON
R1: LOCK-ON
X: JUMP
SQUARE: SHADOW
CICRLE: CANE / NIGHTMARE
TRIANGLE: NOTHING (You can put Shadow on Triangle if you really want to be able to command him while riding on top of Nightmare but it doesn't happen often...)
D-PAD: DEVIL TRIGGER
L2: AUTO-ATTACK
R2: READ BOOK

Don't hesitate to summon Nightmare when:
A - Both other familiars are stalemated or when your best familiar for the situation (usually Shadow) is stalemated and you really need him
B - When an undodgeable attack is coming (for example Vergil's Judgement Cut End and you are badly positioned to get out of it) You gain i-frames when you trigger DT and it shortly makes you invulnerable to Urizen's attack that knock you away.
When you see Shadow is about to get hit by a powerful attack (Vergil's Helm Breaker or Final Urizen's punches and kicks), preform a dodge to the side. It will instantly cancel whatever attack Shadow is doing and will teleport him to you and out of harm's way
Same thing with Griffon. If you see he's gonna take big damage, do a double jump to cancel whatever he's doing and get him instantly to you.
Watch what is going on and dodge whatever is coming your way.
Read your book when you have nothing else to do and you need the Devil Trigger energy.
If you can afford it, revive your familiars without summoning Nightmare by getting close to them. This will save you some DT energy.

Stage 98 (Urizen (sitting)):
WATCH THE LASERS! Way too often I find myself distracted looking at my familiars while failing to notice the sweeping lasers are going to hit me.
Send Shadow over there and have him spam Skewer (Lock-On +) Back to Forward + Shadow Button) on the boss. Skewer deals a lot of damage so I use it a lot.
While Shadow is attacking with melee attacks, keep the Griffon button pressed to charge Blockade 3 (The vertical pillars of lightning) and periodically unleash this attack on the boss.
Summon Nightmare when you can't revive your familiars quickly and you'll be done with this fight in no time.

Stage 99 (Urizen (standing with tentacles)):
Get close to him behind his back if you can. Watch out for when he does his tentacle attack where he spins around though.
Spam Shadow's Skewer or whatever melee attack you prefer with him. Remember to do a sideways dodge with Shadow to get him out of harm's way if necessary.
Watch out for the boss's long range blue tentacle attack. It always goes after V and it's difficult to dodge. He will always do two of them near the start of the fight. To dodge it, run toward it and jump toward it just before it hit you. After that, look out because it's going to come back behind you again. Jump again toward it in the same fashion to dodge it.
When you see Urizen charge his big tentacle attack where he slams into the ground sending his tentacles overhead, just run to this left and jump as the attack lands. If you do it correctly he'll never hit you with this and you can rack up the damage while he recovers
Summon Nightmare if needed but for this particular fight, I like to summon Nightmare shortly after breaking Urizen's crystal. After Nightmare appeared, jump on top of him to ride him (Promotion) and perform Illegal Move + Domination (Lock-On + Back to Forward HOLD CIRCLE). This is Nightmare's laser attack. If timed correctly, it should take a good chunk off Urizen's life bar and maybe kill him before he can regenerate his stupid crystal.

Stage 100 (Final Urizen):
Not too much of an issue until the end... Try to always keep some DT to have Nightmare save your ass when the boss is near death.
Again, use Skewer to pile on the damage and try to dodge with Shadow to avoid him getting punched. This battle is easier to follow since there is less mayhem going on so you can focus on dodging with Shadow.
WATCH OUT FOR THE LASERS IN THE FINAL PHASE! When you see him creating them, run all the way toward where he is, that way you won't have to deal with those stupid lasers.

Stage 101:
Dodging with Shadow is important here because Vergil can stalemate him almost instantly.
Sneak in Shadow+Griffon combos when Vergil is recovering from an attack.
Summon Nightmare when Vergil is in DT, when Shadow is stalemated and you really need him or to get out of a bad situation.
DT is important here because activating it makes your familiars invincible. So read that book whenever Vergil is busy doing something else. (Fighting your familiars or doing his attack where he's flying around)
