"Collision". Byward Mayhem
Shot in the summer of 95 right after I came back from a camera assistant course in Maine. I just wanted to remember how to do a bunch of the stuff I had just learned. Rented a van, ,packed it with a bunch of film gear and headed to Ottawa for the weekend. No crew, so I had to ask the older Italian gentleman who was painting the bar we were shooting in if I could teach him to pull-focus during his lunch break. Sean Campbell's girlfriend put down her baby and pushed the dolly. Any time the camera is moving, the baby is on the ground,the pavement, a bench behind Parliament Hill(just try and shoot there now!). Posting this for fans of the band who may never have seen it while it ran on MuchMusic.
