Drum Rudiment workout
Here are some exercises I do on my left hand warming up before playing on my accoustic drums. These build the left hand and these rudiments switch right and left hand lead.
Focus on stick height, timing, and staying relaxed while playing these rather than how fast you can play them or the BPM. Use a metronome and if you have questions or comments leave them below
