Best Windows XP Desktop: XPize 4.7 Shell Pack
This is Windows XP Professional running Xpize 4.7. This shell package modifies parts within the UI on WinXP to make it better suit the OS. Some changes include IE8's button has been modified to match the icon scheme of XP, file copy dialogs have been enhanced visually, some system icons are improved, additional themes have been added, and more.

If you have issues installing the later versions, try installing .Net Framework 3.5 Standalone. Alternately using 4.7 instead. Ensure it supports your edition of Windows.
