Jim Kerr, our High School Principal, shares an inside look at HS classrooms!
Great progress is being made in the completion of phase one of the new home of Grace Christian School. Phase one includes a 30,000 square foot area that will house the high school and church. Presently, multiple work areas are progressing simultaneously. These include ductwork fabrication and placement, metal partition framing (walls between classrooms), and the all-important roofing project to enclose the building.
We are pleased to report that the financial response to our first two videos was excellent. Since September, we have received $236,000.00. Thank you for your prayers, support, and faithful giving to this special building project.
The current financial report noted below outlines the needs to complete phase one.
Campaign commitments made to date: $3,220,000.00
Campaign dollars received to date: $1,816,652.00
Total dollars spent to date: $536,116.00
Total dollars needed to complete phase one: $4,500,000.00*
*This amount is broken into two contracts: $2,500,000 is needed by February 2025, and a second contract, approximately $2,000,000, is needed by the end of September*.
We have both the Market Street and Thornrose Avenue properties listed to sell. The sale of either one or both would assist us in making our goal to complete phase one. However, it is very important that we keep the project moving; and for this we seek your continued financial support, as cash flow is of utmost importance.
