I'm a little sad about my cottage garden ... so let's go thrifting! (story 91)
Fall is hanging on here in the Hudson Valley ... there is still colorful foliage to be found in different areas. But as the nights are growing chillier at the cottage, my garden by the woods is slowly growing more bare. I loved my flower garden this year, so it's a little bit sad to say goodbye.
Sooo ... to cheer myself up, I've been thinking of projects for the cottage. And that means it's time to hit some thrift stores! I'm looking for a vintage mantle to use around my little faux fireplace. I think it will add the perfect extra element of cozy here : )
