Connect Ceph RBD block storage to kubernetes cluster
Once I have done it, it seems really simple now. Rancher tremendously helps to visualize the whole process, but everything can be done with pure CLI too. You mostly need to properly populate YAML values for Ceph CSI RBD. Note that this is block storage we're connecting, so there are extra things happening under the hood you can configure, like choosing the filesystem the PV is formatted to. In this case, ext4 is the default.
