Disk Cleanup
This video will tell you what disk cleanup is, and how to use it. I use it weekly - bi weekly and although it doesn't always save up the largest amount of space, it still helps. Its good to get into the habit of using disk cleanup at least monthly.
*You can also empty the recycle bin by right clicking on it and hitting "empty recycle bin"
