Follow this easy step-by-step sewing tutorial to make the adorable ruffle scrunchie! I'm using a broderie anglais ribbon however this method would work with pretty much any type of ribbon!
I used 2 pieces of ribbon measuring 60cm / 24 inches in length each.
The length of elastic I usually use for scrunchies is 18cm / 7 inches however for this scrunchie I cut it shorter, about 14cm / 5.5 inches, since I didn't want to wrap it around my hair more than once.
