Sick Thunderbolt 1000T Siren Test - Alert - Auglaize Twp, OH
On the last Wednesday of July, me, Michael (@mysst1c_), Aiden (@SportyTrainGuy), and Dominic (@SuperSirex127) wanted to go up to Monroe County, Michigan, but that ended up being a failure, because the county only tested the FERMI sirens. Due to that, we missed our noon blast siren, so we ended up coming here as our last resort. Thankfully Paulding tested right at 1PM and this thing roared right to life. This siren in particular is interesting because well for one, it was my first time hearing a sick Thunderbolt, but second of all, this thing didn't really shake the ground as much as the typical Thunderbolt does, you may be able to tell by the microphone audio, but it was SUPER rough on the ears. This thing is incredibly shrill, especially when it faces you. I honestly don't even really know what other Thunderbolt to compare it to (loudness wise) since this thing is so unusually shrill. Other than that, unlike every other siren in the county, this thing ignores cancellation tones, so it runs a full 3 minutes every Wednesday, which was a really nice touch. Anyways, enjoy!
