𝄞 There is so much music that has yet to be made in the uncharted territory of odd time signatures/meters. When the bar only has three, five, or seven beats, all of a sudden the simplest of musical ideas take on a whole new rhythmically interesting life. I used some of the drum patterns from my Drums that Vibe Pack/Ebook to create three beats; one in 3/4, one in 5/4 and one in 7/4. I kept the sound choice pretty simple by using my Fretless Bass and Fender Rhodes Electric Piano to create the bass lines and chords. This will allow you to imagine how you might apply your own style and sound choices to these rhythmic drum ideas. 𝄢
