Invoke-IpamGpoProvisioning -Domain (NAMEOFYOURDOMAIN) -GpoPrefixName (PREFIXDURINGSETUP) -DelegatedGpoUser (DOMAINADMINISTRATOR) -IpamServerFQDN (FullyQualDomainNameIPAMSERVER)
3) Newly created policies, ADD The IPAM Server as a full rights object
4) Owner = Administrator (or your DOMAINAdministrator)
5) In server Manager, turn off DHCP and DNS, Refresh and Turn Back on Features)
