DIY Lucio Shirt Cosplay [Tutorial]
Heyo! Finally got this video done. Here's an easy how-to for making your own Lucio shirt for a cosplay (or just to wear around) using a stencil and fabric paint.
Materials:
Shirt
Card stock
Printer
Utility knife
Fabric pen
Fabric paint
Small paintbrush
Something firm like cardboard to put under the shirt for painting
