Internal dialogue and our own concept of self play a crucial role in determining how much we are willing to receive in life. Influence from media, governments, and authority figures subtly plants beliefs and opinions into our subconscious minds. Exploring our subconscious starts with nurturing our curiosity.
What influences our behavior? Often, our reactions stem from stored thoughts that trigger fear or anxiety from past experiences. Whose voice do we hear during negative self-talk—is it a comment from years ago or the voice of a parent? How does our body react when we accept these negative thoughts—do we feel gut-punched, angry, or afraid?
Engaging with the workbook linked above provides an opportunity to dismantle thoughts and behaviors that hinder feelings of deservingness or capability to receive abundance in money, relationships, and health. Today, I am personally using this workbook to address my reactivity to a recent situation.
Self-awareness deepens through ongoing exploration. By embracing #selfimprovement, #selfdevelopment, fostering #discipline, and nurturing #selflove, we empower ourselves to rewrite our internal narratives and cultivate a more fulfilling life.
