Elms, innovation practice lead for Change & Innovation Agency, is the author of Peak Performance and former Director of Peak Academy. He is a change agent well versed in innovative government improvement programs. Since joining CIA, Elms has worked alongside a number of companies and governmental departments working to teach new ways to think about systems of government.
