Sinopsis:
Film “Petualangan Menangkap Petir” bercerita tentang seorang anak kecil yang tumbuh besar dengan media sosial di Hongkong. Ceritanya bermula ketika ada seorang bapak takut terhadap anaknya jika tumbuh sebagai orang asosial. Tidak mempunyai masa kecil yang seperti anak kecil pada umumnya. Akhirnya tanpa berfikir panjang sang bapak memutuskan mengajak anaknya pulang dari Hongkong ke rumah kakek yang berada di wilayah Boyolali.
Sesampainya di rumah sang kakek, sang bapak mengajak anaknya tersebut berinteraksi dengan alam. Selain itu sang anak juga diajarkan untuk berinteraksi dengan warga sekitar dan anak-anak lain di kampung yang berada di wilayah Boyolali.
Selama berada di kampung, anak tersebut juga bertemu dengan segerombolan anak lain dan mereka berbaur bersama. Akhirnya anak tersebut bersama dengan teman-temannya memiliki mimpi untuk membuat sebuah film. Ide anak-anak tersebut terinsipirasi dari sosok sang Legenda Menangkap Petir - Ki Ageng Selo.

Synopsis:
The film "Petualangan Menangkap Petir" tells the story of a child who grew up with social media in Hong Kong. The story begins when his father is afraid of his child would grow up to be an asocial person who does not have a childhood like any other child in general. Finally, without thinking, the father decided to take his child from Hong Kong to his grandfather's house in Boyolali.
Arriving at the grandfather's house, the father invited the child to interact with nature. In addition, the child is also taught to interact with local residents and other children in the village in Boyolali.
While in the village, the child also met with a group of other children and they mingled together. Finally the child, together with his friends, have a dream to make a film. The children's ideas were inspired by the figure of the Legend of Catching Lightning - Ki Ageng Selo.
