When I started my full shade apartment garden, I tried to do some research on what were the best plants to have in full shade. I was able to find plenty of flower recommendations, but garden fruits and veggies I largely came up short on. So this video is a dedication to pre-gardening Scott and anyone else who is trying to find out what produce will grow in full shade. I met with a surprising amount of success, and this video will breakdown how all the different things I tried faired.
Note that these results were for a garden in zone 10a in the Los Angeles area, which got about 1h15m of sun in the winter months, and a maximum of 2h20m in the summer months. But hopefully the can provide a good baseline for other attempts at full shade gardening.
