Sculpting Freddy Krueger in Zbrush - Xploding Cube
With Halloween right around the corner, let's get in the spirit with a horror themed sculpt from a great movie classic -
'A Nightmare on Elm street'.
In this timelapse demo, we will sculpt a stylized cartoon bust of Freddy Krueger, in Zbrush.
We will sculpt the character, starting from a basic sphere, refining our design using tools and methods like dynamesh, and insert meshes, as well as, some good old fashioned, low poly box modeling, with the Zmodeler brush.
By the the end, we should have our full character, props and all, including Freddy's signature finger blades, that will give us a chance to practice some hard surface modeling.
So get ready for some creepy fun, and don't let Freddy get you 👻.
