Free Time has the advantage of many years of dedicated collaboration, culminating in a unique and distinctive sound. Through this partnership of exploration and discovery, the band has cultivated a strong sense of personality and identity. Pianist Carter Graham leads the trio, along with seasoned veterans Julian Bradford on bass and drummer Kevin Waters, who relentlessly contribute their unmistakable brand of energy, enthusiasm and passion to the group. All three members have extensive experience performing with some of the world's most notable jazz musicians, which has had a direct impact on their maturity and poise as artists. They approach every performance as an opportunity to discover uncharted territory while continuing to build on their strengths and experiences, and always enjoy sharing those discoveries with their audiences.
