A Funky Musical Journey through DKC Tropical Freeze
Musical journeys are meant to encompass the whole experience of the game. Songs are in the order in which you would experience them while playing, rather than the arbitrary order of the soundtrack itself. Sometimes, a musical journey necessitates cutting songs that are outliers from the usual experience; other times, menu jingles and other non-soundtrack songs might be added for immersion. With Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze, the game simply had so many great songs that I had a hard time whittling it down from its original 4.5+ hour soundtrack. Some menu/event themes that happen multiple times throughout the game have been interspersed at the times that I most often encountered them while playing.
