Here is Part 2 (of 2) of the video series on bank Recovery Planning, a closely prescribed regulatory requirement in most jurisdictions. Apologies for the delay since Part 1 was published, the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank occupied my video posting in the interim...interestingly, we observe that SVB, SVB's UK arm and Credit Suisse all went from "going concern" to perceived unviability straight into Resolution. No "recovery" was attempted in between the two states. Recovery Plans (which often run into many hundreds of pages) take up considerable amounts of resource, time and cost to produce. This topic is covered in Chapter 21 of "The Principles of Banking, 2nd Ed"
