Borderlands 3 HDR on c9
It does not display pure blacks in game or in the menus. This seems to be an issue with the game more so as this was also prevalent on my one x version. My c9 correctly displays true black at brightness 50 so this must be an issue with the game. Valhalla displays true blacks as well in the menu
